Terms of employment.

- Work 8 hours a day, 39 hours a week. Overtime hours are possible, but this depends on your own skills and the department of the product operator.- Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:30- Saturday and Sunday are days off, but if necessary (special order or download) you need to work on these days.- There are two time breaks.
Vacation- There is a vacation schedule that must be followed. Annual leave is 20 days, in addition to nine public days off. The first leave is granted after six months of work.
Working clothes- Work clothes are provided free of charge.
Meals- Usually employees prepare food themselves.
Workplace conditions- Conditions depend on the production department, usually the work takes place at low temperatures and high humidity.

Relocation support.

 - We provide language support so that employees can communicate without complications and can receive information in a language they understand.
- We pick up workers from the airport and bring them to work. Then a meeting with a representative of the HR department and conducting briefings before starting work is carried out.
- We will show the place of work of employees.
- We introduce you and the landlord who provides housing, and support during the move to a new place of residence.
- We help you with applying for a national insurance number and opening a bank account.
